Love of Pine is dedicated to producing one of a kind pieces of art and making unique, quality vintage clothes available to you. All of my vintage pieces are handpicked by me from flea markets, estate sales, and thrift stores. I have combined three of my passions - art, vintage, & small business - into one through Love of Pine and am grateful to all of my viewers and customers for supporting me in my endeavors. Please feel free to contact me with any questions/comments. I would love to hear from you!
While my love for art has always been a part of me, I did not start pursuing it as more than a hobby until college. Entering into the world of art, I tested the waters in many different fields -- graphic design, illustration, textile design, web design, photography, sculpture, set design, painting, fiber art -- but struggled to find my niche. I loved aspects of them all. After much more research, dabbling, studio time, and travelling, my heart kept pulling me back to painting.
My artwork is heavily inspired by nature and the places that I have visited throughout the United States. I am also drawn to impressionist painters such as Monet and Renoir, as well as the Neo-expressionistic art movement including artists like Cy Twombly and Jackson Pollock.
